If you missed the ‘Steel, Steam and Stars’ gala at the Llangollen Railway, April 20-22, you can see some of the event here. Danny Hopkins was out and about recording the action, including a footplate ride from Deeside to Llangollen. The event was staged by the Betton Grange Society to raise funds to the 81st Great Western ‘Grange’.
